CFRP plates were cut with 150W class pulse fiber laser with PCF under nitrogen gas flow due to suppression of HAZ. And we monitored temperature history of processing for CFRP. iEffect of scanning speed on HAZ for CFRP were also investigated with high power pulse fiber laser.
