We can make highly precise and complex structure by laser Powder Bed Fusion. In this process metal powder is irradiated laser, we verified sputtering and we don’t clarify its generating process and affection for the surface roughness. In this experiment we made 3D metal objects for understanding the process of sputtering. We captured melting and solidification process of Ti alloy powder by laser irradiation. As a result, we can’t verified sputtering at scan speed 10 mm/sec, and surface roughness is 3.9 μm at the condition.
