In these days, DNA-functionalized nanoparticles enable to make many kinds of superlattice by programmable DNA self-assembly. Our purpose is fusing nanoparticles while maintaining the periodic nanostructure. In this time, we reduced inter-particle distance in superlattice, because it has long distance. In addition, we observed fusion of nanoparticle in TEM observation.
