Keywords:nanopore

Development of rapid, easy, and low-cost method for microorganism test is an important issue in modern society where people and products are massively exchanged, and single-particle measurements by nanopore devices are promising technology for that issue. In this study, aiming to enhance the efficiency and redundancy of nanopore devices, we fabricated pore devices in which multiple pores are formed in the same substrate and evaluated the pore distance dependency of ionic current for those devices.
