Recently, high sensitivity and selectivity sensor researches on the environmental and bio-sensors aiming at application to environment pollution and medicine have been promoted and our group proposed a new biosensor using original vertical organic nano-transistor for sensing part. In this report, we describe the fabrication of microfluidic structure for the selection of molecules and ions and their basic electrical characteristics.
