In this study, we investigate the effect of additives for 1-dimensional (1-D) FTO thin films using Rotational, pulsed and atomized spray pyrolysis deposition. This is a simple and cost effective technique to fabricate thin films and different spray parameters can be controlled to synthesize various nanostructures.
