Cu2Sn1-xGexS3 (CTGS) solar cell is one of the most promising candidates for earth-abundant and non-toxic compound thin film solar cells. In this work, we controlled the Ge/Sn ratio to fabricate graded bandgap structure, resulting in improvement of conversion efficiency.
