The spread of IoT makes it possible to realize Cyber Physical Systems that combine the real world and the cyber space. Based on this trend, the state of the research and development of the key devices which influence business advantage is described while overlooking the role of the LSI technology. It's also introduced about the circuit technology for the nano-watt level wireless sensor node and the sensor platform.
