Graphene is two-dimensional crystal. Since the electron mobility and thermal conductivity is very high, it is expected to apply to applications such as high-speed transistors or energy materials. In particular, if high thermal conductivity in graphene can be controlled freely, it is expected to apply to the heat management material. In this study, I fabricated nano-mesh structure by introducing pores into graphene periodically. And also, I report the thermal conduction analysis results when I apply heat by using Raman spectroscopy.
