[20a-P4-42] Numerical Study on Phonon Properties of Sub 2-dimensional Nano-carbon System by Force Vibrational Method (Ⅱ)

We have investigated the coherent phonon properties of the sub 2-dimensional nano-carbon system by force vibrational method which is effective for complex-system like this one.
We have calculated that mode-pattern at the frequency of 170cm-1 (RBLM : radial breathing like mode ) with bending angle 0 deg and 30 deg in S2DN system.
We have found that the coherent phonon of 0 deg has propagated in the S2DN system and the coherent phonon of 30 deg has propagated in only the Graphene area.
