[20a-P4-43] Electrical properties of cross structured graphene nanoribbons by changing angle.
Keywords:graphene nanoribbons,X-structures
Since career mobility of graphene is known to be much higher than present semiconductor materials, many researchers have tried to substitute semiconductor devices to graphene device. Recently, as devices are rapidly downsized, graphene devices are also required to be used in nanoscale. We have already succeed unzip of double-walled carbon nanotubes (DWNT) to obtain both double and single layer graphene nanoribbon (GNR) with less defects which are source of electron scattering for electrical conduction. Although cross structure of GNR has been reported, the electric properties, however, has not been reported yet.
