The pentacene deposition condition on N-doped LaB6 thin film had been investigated and it was found and reported that high quality pentacene film can be deposited by optimized condition. In this paper, p-type pentacene-based OFET with N-doped LaB6 interfacial layer was investigated and it will be reported.
