We observed melting marks formed by femtosecond laser processing inside glasses. Furthermore, we observed luminescence phenomenon occur femtosecond laser processing inside glasses. If this luminescence phenomenon is laser induced plasma, we were able to estimate that femtosecond laser microprocessing was carried out extremely in a short time. Thus, it is thought that the main process of the femtosecond laser microprocessing to the glass inside is performed in the time when it extremely has a short it of the 2/1000 [s].
