Organic-inorganic perovskite photovoltaic has been in great attention since its power conversion efficiency has been improved dramatically. Also this photovoltaic has good potential in application of X-ray detector using CH3NH3PbI3 (MAPbI3) layer as transporter of electron/hole pairs. However, the durability against soft X-ray has not been extensively investigated though it has possibilities of degradation in power conversion efficiencies when exposed to long irradiation. In the present study, we have evaluated state changes of the CH3NH3PbI3 solar cell surface by an X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy(XPS) time-dependent measurement method, to examine the degradation by X-ray long irradiation.
