[20p-H103-1] Detail of Lattice Vibrations in Isotopic Diamond Superlattice

We report the detail of lattice vibrations of isotopic diamond superlattice where 12C and 13C diamond layers are stacked alternately. In the case of the superlattice where 36 12C layers and 36 13C layers are alternately stacked, it is found that each layer behaves almost as the bulk from the density of states of lattice vibrations (LVDOS) . On the other hand, LVDOS of the (2, 2) superlattice is nearly equal to that of virtual 12.5C diamond.
