[20p-H103-17] Effect of Synthesis Temperature of Graphitic Carbon Nitride Films

Graphitic carbon nitride films can be synthesized using guanidine carbonate as a source. Because we independently controlled temperatures of a substrate and the source using a tube furnace with three zones, effect of synthesis temperature of g-C3N4 films could be obtained in detail. The source temperature was fixed to be 600 °C. The g-C3N4 films could be formed onto the substrates when the substrate's temperature was from 530 to 560°C.
