[20p-H111-5] Thin Film Growth of Iron-Based Superconductors

Many new iron-based superconductors with high critical temperatures have been discovered since 2008. Because of their importance both from fundamental and application-oriented viewpoints, considerable effort has been devoted for the growth of high quality thin films. In this presentation, the current status of the thin film growth of these new high-temperature superconductors will be reviewed, and new results from our study on thin film growth using molecular beam epitaxy will be reported.
