本研究では、3次元計測のための高速かつ簡便な距離計測手法として、光コムの広帯域波長成分によるスペクトル干渉を用いて波長ごとの輝度変化を簡便に算出し距離情報を得る手法を提案する。実証実験では、57.6 fsの超短パルスとSMFでチャープさせた1.7 psのパルスとのスペクトル干渉データをFFTで解析することで、移動距離2500 µmにわたり標準偏差39 µmで遅延距離を算出できた。
