We have proposed tunnel-current based identification method by using Gap-electrode. In this study, we newly integrated thermal-control instruments into our mechanical controllable break junction systems. By using the thermal control systems, we measured DNA duplexes and collected the current-positive signals. From the conductance histogram, we found that the conductance behaviors are strongly influenced by external condition of temperatures. In addition, we found that the change in the conductance behaviors are significant around the melting -point of the DNA duplexes.
