我々は、小型で高感度のリング光共振器を用いたバイオセンサーを研究している。感度および温度安定性向上のために差動式リング共振器バイオセンサーを提唱した。差動リングを集積化させることで多項目同時検出バイオセンサーの実現を目指す。差動検出シミュレーション結果を検証するため合流させずにそれぞれのリングの出力を取り出せるように設計したサンプルを作製して出力を測定した。
