By using Fourier Transform Photocurrent method, we have evaluated optical absorption in compound thin film solar cells. We have observed the exponential tail for each spectrum for CIGS,CZTS, and AIGS solar cells. As a result, we can understand that fill factor of solar cell decrease with an increasing Urbach energy.
