[20p-P2-1] Observation of Samples with the Simplified Mode Birefringence Optical Microscope

The evaluation of the optical anisotropy of the sample, such as polarized light microscopy is used. Thus, it is possible to obtain easily light wave phase information without staining the observation sample. In this study, we developed a simplified birefringent optical microscope, and observe the samples.
