Research and development of early breast cancer screening has been advanced by Microwave Computed Tomography. In our study, we use the Born approximation which can directly calculate the dielectric constant distribution. Born approximation can be applied in the case contrast difference of the dielectric constant is less than 1.15. This time, we report found that if the cancer tissue is limited in size from Born approximation method can reconstruct the CT image.
