[20p-P7-13] Application of surface coated electrospun ITO nanofibers to dye-sensitized solar cell

In order to improve the mobility of photoexcited carriers the nanofibers (NFs) of Sn-doped In2O3 (ITO) with small resistance prepared by electrospinning method were applied in the TiO2 nanoporous layer of dye-sensitized solar cell (DSC), as a current collector. In this study, to reduce the leak current from the surface of ITO-NFs, ITO-NFs were coated with TiO2 dense layer on the surface by dip-coating method with TiCl4 solution, and the change of photovoltaic properties of DSC with dip-coating time was examined by I-V measurements etc.
