多接合太陽電池サブセルEL絶対値計測法の開発とそれを用いたサブセル性能診断を行ってきている。今回、積分球を用いた全光測定系を構築し、多接合セルのサブセル定量EL発光計測へと適用した。前回まで報告してきた画像計測による定量EL計測による結果との相互比較から、各測定法での測定精度、その不確かさを評価した。
