Recombination dynamics of biexcitons in single semiconductor nanocrystals were studied using time-resolved second-order photon correlation (g(2)) measurements. Time-resolved g(2) measurements and time-resolved PL measurements were simultaneously conducted. Using the results of the time-resolved PL measurements, the g(2) curve was analysed for a time region dominated by the exciton emission. The ratio of biexciton quantum yield and exciton quantum yield extracted from other contributions such as charged exciton emission was estimated.
