[20p-S321-6] Optical Pulse Response of Multi-Stacked QD-SOA with Strain Compensation Technique by Using Optical Frequency Comb

The optical devices with Quantum dots (QDs) structure have been reported by many groups because of its high performances. In our group, we have indicated we can fabricate the more than 100 layers stacked QD structure with strain compensation technique, and the 1550nm band semiconductor laser diodes or semiconductor optical amplifiers and so on, by using InP(311)B substrate. In this paper, we evaluated the optical pulse response of multi-stacked QD-SOA with strain compensation technique by using optical frequency comb.
