Recently, millimeter wave and terahertz wave are expected to apply to ultra-high speed wireless communication and sensing.
We have developed stable two mode laser by using quantum dot optical gain chip in external cavity.In this stucy, we demonstrate continuous chenge of frequency separation of two mode laser by using the calcite etalon filter.
