[20p-S323-5] Hydrothermal Synthesis and the Direct Deposition Technique for TiO₂ Particles

This work focuses on minor TiO₂ phases, which are difficult to synthesize. Then, we succeeded in fabricating these phases like brookite type of TiO₂. Moreover, we develops the direct depostion technique of TiO₂ nano particle prepared under hydrothermal condition. These results are useful not only for TiO2 material but also for numerous nanoparticle which is possible to fabricate under hydrothermal condition.
