Recently, transition metal dichalcogenide (TMD) has attracted intense attention due to its atomically thin 2D sheet structure and excellent semiconducting properties. On purpose to fabricate high performance transparent and flexible solar cells, systematic investigations were carried out. Based on the optimizations of electrode materials and each distance, the power conversion efficiency can be drastically improved up to 0.01 %, which is 40 times higher than that before the optimization.
