[20p-S421-4] Photoluminescence Modulation of Atomic Layered Transition
Metal Dichalcogenides Hetero Structures by Field Effect Doping

We performed photoluminescence (PL) measurement of atomic layered transition
metal dichalcogenides with field effect doping. The decrease of exciton PL was observed with increasing carrier density. Detailed mechanism of photo-carrier relaxation in hetero bilayer system will be discussed in the presentation.
