Integration of absober and emitter is critical challenge toward realization of solar thermophotovoltaic (STPV). In this research, a monolithic fabrication method of an absorber/emitter film was proposed and demonstrated. NiW was electoroplated on a mold which has consists of ararry rectangular pillar with two heights. Then, cavity array is formed on the NiW surface. In this process, emissivity of both surface were tailored by designing pillar size and plateing time, thus wavelength selectivity of absorber/emitter surface can controlled.
