Deigning fano-resonant metamaterials require appropriate coupling of the Dipollar and Quadrupolar modes with sophisticated nano-fabrication techniques. We could succeed to control the fano-resonant coupling intensity by controlling the degree of symmetry breaking in a simple meta-molecule.
