Following the last time, we focus on the perovskite-type organic semiconductor, which is becoming breakthrough occurs as a solar cell material. We have been studying about the lasing properties under the optical excitation in order to explore the possibility of a semiconductor laser in this system. Last time, we used the CH3NH3Br and PbBr2 dissolved in N, N-dimethylformamide (DMF) at the same molar ratio, casted on the ITO substrate and dried under ambient air. In particular, in the method of drying capped with another substrate after casting (cast-capping method) can have excellent crystal growth, reported a state in which the Fabry-Pérot (FP) oscillation. In this presentation, we tried to prepare crystals film of the formamidinium CH(NH2)2(FA) system, which has better stability for ambient air than the methyl-ammonium CH3NH3 (MA) system.
