We performed the manufacturing of the reverse-type organic thin-film solar cell having a grating shape to the organic layer, have examined the electric field enhancing effect of surface plasmon resonance (SPR) excitation.However, it has not been elucidated for more information on the propagation type SPR excitation in the reverse-type organic thin-film solar cells.
In this study, evaluation of the relationship between the improvement and the grating structure of the solar cell characteristics of reverse-type organic thin film solar cell having a grating shape And it was investigated.
