Charge transport in amorphous organic layers for devices such as OLEDs is a complicated process depending on both molecular chemical structure and interaction between molecules in amorphous system. Simulation of charge transport process was performed in this work based on hopping transport model and intermolecular charge transfer rate constant calculated using Marcus theory for amorphous structure obtained by MD calculation. Calculated charge mobility was in good agreement with experimental values. Our molecular scale analyses contribute to our understanding of charge transport process and strategy of materials design.
