We estimated the microscopic morphology of vacuum deposited and spin coated films by the excited state behavior at cryogenic temperature using B3PyMPM as an electron transporting material. The maximum emission wavelength of the spin coated film is a blue shift of 4nm compared to that of vacuum deposited film. It is considered that the molecular interaction of spin coated film is weak.
