[20p-W531-20] Carbon nanotube transparent electrodes for small-molecule photovoltaic cells
Keywords:carbon nanotube transparent electrode,organic photovoltaics
We demonstrate stable carbon nanotube (CNT) films as transparent electrodes for small-molecule photovoltaic cells. OPV cells are fabricated by evaporating tetraphenyldibenzoperiflanthene and fullerene bilayer heterojunction on series of CNT hybrid films. The correlations between the cell performance and the surface mophology, sheet resistance and transmittance of these CNT hybrid films are discussed in detail. The best cell on CNT-CuI film with a cascade-type architecture exhibits a power conversion efficiency of 2.97%, being close to that of the reference cell (3.43%) on conventional indium-tin-oxide electrode.
