Enhancements of Terahertz signals using Metallic V-Grooved Waveguides(MVG) in a MLD-THz-TDS system with laser chaos are investigated. In this paper the highest frequency of THz waves is 0.73 THz using a chaotic oscillation lasers and MVG, otherwise, it is limited below 0.55 THz using chaotic oscillation lasers and Si lens.
