It is known that superconductivity in NbSe3 with a pseudo-one-dimensional structure appears by a suppression of CDW with Ta-substitution on Nb site or application of pressure. To understand the superconductivity and enhance superconductivity, we prepared co-doping of Nb/Ta and Se/S using the high-pressure-synthesis method. A maximum Tc value increased from 6 K to 8 K so far. We will investigate the composition dependence of the superconductivity with a wide region of Nb/Ta and Se/S.
