Effects of synthesis conditions mostly on post-annealing Tc of RE247 sintered bulks were systematically studied. Thus far, post-annealing conditions without decomposition of RE247 phase was almost clarified. Tc(onset)~95 K was confirled for a Y247 sample. Doping effect of Zn will be also discussed.
