High LET particles such as alpha particles and Auger electrons are promising for RI targeted therapy. Conveying alpha or Auger isotopes to cell nucleus through antibody response enhances cell killing effects. In this paper, we estimated cell survival rate in the cases of At-211 (alpha) or In-111 remain at cell membrane and distribute in nucleus using a microdosimetric kinetic model and a Monte Carlos simulation Geant4-DNA.
