[21a-H113-1] Cross-talk characteristics of organic-inorganic hybrid structure ZnSe-based UV-APD array

Ultraviolet photodetector is promising for various applications. In this study, we have developed ZnSe based organic-inorganic hybrid structure UV-APD with high sensitivity in UV wavelength region. We have established minimum cross-talk of -40dB for APDs array with the gap of 0.14mm between APD devices.
