[21a-H135-2] Nanoparticle-polymer composite volume holographic gratings by using fluorine-attached hyperbranched polymer

We demonstrate volume holographic recording in polymer nanocomposites incorporated with hyperbranched polymer (HBP) nanoparticles. The refractive index modulation amplitude as large as 0.014 was obtained at the HBP concentration of 35 vol.%. The monotonic increase in refractive index modulation amplitude with increasing HBP concentrations is seen. It suggests a further increase in refractive index modulation amplitude with increasing HBP concentrations.
