The transparent electrode is utilized to the touch panels of smart phones, and new technique realizing the quick measurement of the transparent electrode is required. However, it takes a long time to analyze the whole panel in the conventional method using a microscope, since the observation field of view is narrow. In this work, we use a laser diffraction projection method. In this method, a laser beam is irradiated to the whole panel, and the diffraction light is projected on a screen. To analyze the diffraction pattern, we propose a method using one image taken by CCD camera
