[21a-P3-4] Development of switching device controlled by hydrogen gas

Pd-Co alloy is ferromagnet and absorb hydrogen gas in air. The magnetization of Pd-Co depends on the amount of hydrogen in Pd-Co. Using Pd-Co alloy, a swiching device controlled by hydrogen gas is developed. In this presentation, we will introduce the structure of the device and the characteristic behavior of the device against hydrogen concentration.
