[21a-P8-8] Asymmetric Waveguide-coupled Multi-striped Orthogonal Photon-Photocarrier Propagation Solar Cells

We have been investigating a multistriped orthogonal photon-photocarrier propagation solar cell (MOP3SC) in which photons propagate in a direction orthogonal to that of photocarriers. When coupled to a new asymmetric waveguide, MOP3SC is expected to serve as a highly efficient concentration photovoltaic system thanks to the low temperature rise, due to the minimal thermal dissipation.
