[21a-S321-11] 2D beam steering by using slow light waveguide arrays

In conventional beam steering device using MEMS and poligon mirror, there are three problems with stability and size, steering speed by mechanical system. Against this problem, this laboratory aim to 2D beam steering by using AlGaAs DBR waveguide arrays. In this report, we show measurement result of wave-front correction effect by lens and 2D beam steering by controlling lens position and input wavelength independently.
