PbI perovskite (PVK) semiconductors have been intensively investigated as solar cells because of the large absorption coefficient in visible region and long charge diffusion length. The photovoltaic property of PVK solar cells strongly depends on the preparation of the thin film. The characterization of these thin films is important to understand the mechanism in carrier transfer and transport. The PVK solar cells were characterized by impedance spectroscopy.
