[21a-S421-3] Growth of SWCNTs Using Diamond Crystals Synthesized by CVD Method

We attempted the growth of carbon nanotubes using nanosize diamond particles. Nanosize diamond particles were synthesized by hot-filament chemical vapor deposition using ethanol vapor as a carbon source. As a result, single-walled carbon nanotubes could be grown at 600℃ by hot-filament CVD using carbon rod as a hot-filament.
